This is SO easy to make. It’s one of my favourite desserts ever. I don’t follow exact portions. It depends your preference & how sweet you want it. You can use ANY type of frozen fruit as well as greek or regular yogourt.
Ingredients:
Frozen fruit of choice (my favourites are frozen berries or frozen mango)
Honey
Yogourt
You will also need a food processor or a blender. I use my magic bullet & it works perfectly.
Portions:
In terms of how much of each, it depends on how much you want to make & your preference for how sweet it is. For two portions I usually do:
4 cups of frozen fruit
1-3 cups of yogourt
1 tablespoon of honey
They key is to try different variations until you find the one you like best. I usually eye out the portions & they don’t always come out the exact same. If I find it too bitter, I add more honey. If I find it too sweet, I add more berries & yogourt.
I wouldn’t suggest freezing it! It usually tastes much better as soon as you make it. I made a massive batch with frozen mango a few months ago & it did not taste very good after I took it out of the freezer. You can try & see with a small batch…but that was my experience!
