This is Brandon’s absolute favourite soup. It’s so easy to make and has only 5 ingredients!
Ingredients:
2 large Onions
2 TBSP Butter
Butternut Squash Cubed
Chicken Broth
Parsley (as a garnish)
Steps:
1. Cut the onions and let them simmer in the butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add the squash and chicken broth. Simmer until the squash is really soft and cooked through.
3. Blend and serve with parsley as a garnish! I use this blender from Amazon for all of my blended soups!
